Located on the corner of Simpson Rd, and Spring Ave. Ardmore, PA, our first location offers the Main Line an exceptional boxing-inspired workout and boxing training. With multiple heavy bags, cardio equipment and expert trainers, the Ardmore facility has been giving Main Line residents a unique, exciting workout experience for over 5 years.

Washington Boxing Academy King of Prussia
Located at 435 Crooked Lane in King of Prussia Pa, Washington Boxing Academy # 2 is a large, 3,600 square foot space featuring 18 heavy bags, 12 speed bags and a very bouncy Elephant Bark rubber floor to keep legs and joints cushioned and energized. The new facility also features a full-size boxing ring for advanced boxers. If you're looking for extreme training such as slamming tractor tires with sledge hammers, climbing twenty-foot knotted ropes, and attacking the heavy bags for 4-minute rounds, this is your place. Group and private lessons are available. Come box with us at our second location!

Now offering Kids Parties!
Boxing-themed kids parties are loads of fun! These well-supervised events will let your group ages 6-11 see what it's like to train like a boxer and get in the ring. $200 gets you a fully-supervised and super-fun party for up to 10 children ($20 per each additional child).
